AMUSE-BOUCHE

  • Chilled large prawn, citrus quinoa and purple basil shoots.

STARTER

  • Norwegian salmon supreme, sour cream with green cardamom, red Shiso and pink pearls.

MAIN COURSE

  • Veal tenderloin with grilled parmesan and white truffle aromas, cooked and raw asparagus in olive oil, grilled Padron peppers.

DESSERT

  • Forest berries and watermelon soup with mint, Matcha tea ice cream.
